Data Science Undergraduate • Analytics • Machine Learning • Data-Driven Storytelling
I’m a Data Science student at Chapman University with a genuine interest in understanding data and its relation to human behavior. Whether that be understanding the social networks of STEM students or analyzing millions of online booking records, what draws me into the field isn’t just the technical challenge, but the potential to transform data into meaningful insights that influence industry decisions.
Through my experiences in research, machine learning, and teaching others these concepts, I've learned that the most impactful solutions are the ones that are clear and collaborative. While working extensively with statistical models, cleaning large datasets, and designing visualizations, the balance between algorithm depth and communication continues to be something I emphasize and deeply care about.
I enjoy working across the full data science pipeline. From data collection and preprocessing to modeling and visualization, I frequently use tools like Python, Excel, and R build practical, efficient solutions that don’t just work well in theory but have a scalable, measurable impact.
